“Along The Way”—created purely as an exploration of movement, texture, and emotion. With each added layer, the painting took on a life of its own—much like the unexpected paths we take in life. While reaching a destination is important, sometimes the journey matters more, shaping one’s personal growth along the way.
This is the kind of painting that might make people say, “my kid/grandma could do that” or “what the hell is this?”—and honestly, I wouldn’t blame them. I used to have the same mindset. But as I’ve explored fine arts more deeply, I’ve realized that creating an abstract painting is both easy and difficult. Spontaneity alone isn’t enough—it takes more. In the end, it’s up to the viewer to interpret what they see.
