"Between the lights, among the stars"

Tried painting an aurora scene this time — somewhere near the North or South Pole, just imagining how the lights would dance across the sky. I went with blue, green, and, purple shades with some snowy textures and shimmering water to give it that dreamy, peaceful vibe.
I’ll admit, painting auroras with acrylic was a challenge — especially without using any glazing or retarder medium to slow the drying time. Still, what’s done is done. And while the auroras might not be as striking as I imagined, I feel satisfied with how this turned out.
