Everything that is created—whether in this world or across the universe—carries the potential to break. Even something as vast and infinite as the ethereal cosmos is not immune to imperfection. 

Yet within this inevitable brokenness lies the possibility of repair. The concept of Kintsugi—which means "joining with gold"—is not only a method of mending, but a philosophy of acceptance. Rather than hiding flaws, it highlights them instead, revealing the beauty that lies within imperfection.

This painting is a meditation on that principle. It embraces the cracks, fractures, as well as the healing, echoing the truth that imperfection is not really a failure, resonating with the phrase "Imperfection is beauty."
