Thank you for your interest in commissioning an original artwork. Every commission is created exclusively for you while preserving Crativad's artistic vision and style. Please read the Terms & Conditions below before submitting your request.

Terms & Conditions

1. Commission Process

After submitting this form, I will review your request and contact you within 3–5 business days to discuss the project, availability, quotation, and timeline. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance of the commission.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices vary depending on artwork size, complexity, medium, and intended usage.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid before shipping or collection.

• Prices exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Revisions

• Up to two minor revisions are included during the concept or sketch stage.

• Significant changes after approval may incur additional charges.

• Once the artwork enters the final stage, major revisions may no longer be possible.

4. Timeline

Estimated completion time will be discussed before work begins.

Completion times may vary depending on:

• artwork complexity

• drying/curing time

• current commission queue

• shipping arrangements

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Crativad (the artist) retains full copyright ownership of all commissioned artworks.

• The client owns the physical artwork upon full payment.

• The client may display the artwork for its intended purpose.

• The artwork may not be reproduced, modified, sold, licensed, minted as NFTs, or used commercially without the artist's prior written permission.

• Crativad reserves the right to photograph and display the completed artwork for portfolio, website, exhibitions, publications, and social media.

6. Commercial Usage

If the artwork is intended for:

• branding

• advertising

• publications

• merchandise

• product packaging

• marketing campaigns

• other commercial purposes

please indicate this in the Commission Form. Commercial licensing may require an additional agreement and licensing fee.

7. Shipping

• Artwork will be shipped only after full payment has been received.

• Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

• Crativad will package all artworks with appropriate care but is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

8. Cancellation

If the client cancels after work has commenced:

• the deposit is non-refundable.

If Crativad is unable to complete the commission:

• any payments received will be refunded accordingly.
